There is so much useless material out there that the person who actually gives useful advice really sticks out of the crowd. Consistently providing value will net you both customers and business associates who turn to you whenever they need good advice.
Take the Initiative – If you see a need for something, don’t wait for someone else to provide it. Step in and fill the void. For example, if you notice that prospects are having a hard time closing sales, offer a small class or teleseminar on closing techniques. People naturally gravitate towards others with leadership qualities. The best way to show people you have what it takes to lead them is to solve problems before being asked to do so.
