To continue on with my little lessons and passing of information about keyword research I am going to talk today about how it all fits in together to get your website some good rankings and some good results on the search engines. You see keywords play the most important role when it comes to website optimization.
Search engines search for keywords or key phrases only in the web site when they search for the information for the net surfers. As search Engines need just the most informative and useful sites for their visitors, they prefer the sites containing content with the highest priority of the keywords being searched. Whatever you have on your website regarding company or your industry you must make sure and have properly inserted and well researched keywords that are going to attract the right sort of converting traffic. The reason for me writing this article came about during some research I was conducting the other day for a client of mine. I came across many video posts and blogs where people were either selling themselves as a mentor or coach or alternatively, were praising their own mentor or coach and it got me thinking……

What makes a good coach or an effective mentor and what traits should one possess? Being a teacher with an honors degree and over 16 yrs experience in high schools around the world I started to reflect a little on the qualities that are important if you want to be successful and get the best out of your students.
